as the operator of the app is the responsible body (person in charge) within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which alone or together with others decides on the purposes and means of processing person-related data, hereinafter "data".

General

With the app, the user is offered the possibility to research, edit, save as favorites and create new entries in opening hours, addresses and contact data of shops, service providers and other facilities. In addition, appointments are made available for sales open Sundays.

Access

The Android app can be downloaded free of charge from the Play Store. The user does not incur any costs by using the app.

Collection, processing and use of person-related data

This app is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. For this reason, only data required for the technical functionality of the app is collected; if additional data is required for individual functions, this is presented transparently prior to the collection.

Data collection during the installation of the app

The application only collects the device ID when the app is installed.

Data collection when using the app

No personal data is collected when using the application. Optionally, entries can be stored in the favorites, whereby the store ID is transmitted.

Permissions

Some features require the app to access certain services and data on your device. This requires your explicit access permission and is not required for basic use of the app.

In addition to the standard authorizations for operating Android, the following optional permissions can be granted to the application in the app settings:

  • Location (used in the search form to display the shops in the area)
  • Memory (used to store favorites)

Deleting data

Your data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected. The deletion is replaced by blocking if special storage obligations exist.

Recipient of the data

The data collected by us will only be passed on if this is necessary to fulfil the contract or to provide the technical functionality of the apps or if there is another legal basis for passing on data.

Storage period

In principle, we only store data for as long as necessary to fulfil contractual or statutory obligations for which we have collected the data. Thereafter, the data will be deleted without delay, unless we need the data until the end of the statutory limitation period for purposes of proof for civil law claims or due to statutory retention obligations.

For evidence purposes, we must keep contract data for another three years from the end of the year in which the business relationship with you ends. Any claims become statute-barred after the statutory period of limitation at the earliest at this point in time.

Even after that, we still have to store some of your data for accounting reasons. We are obliged to do so on the basis of statutory documentation obligations that may arise from the German Commercial Code, the Fiscal Code, the Banking Act, the Money Laundering Act and the Securities Trading Act. These stipulate periods of two to ten years for the storage of documents.

Google Analytics

Our apps use Google Analytics, an analysis service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ('Google'). Google Analytics uses technologies to analyze and improve our apps based on your user behavior. The data arising in this context can be transmitted by Google to a server in the USA for evaluation and stored there. In the event that personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has subjected itself to the EU-US Privacy Shield. However, your IP address is shortened before the usage statistics are evaluated, so that no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. For this purpose, Google Analytics has been extended in our apps by the code "anonymizeIP" to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses.

Google will process the information obtained through the analyses in order to evaluate your use of the app, to compile reports on the activities for the app operators and to provide further services associated with the use of the app and the Internet. We use Google Analytics to analyse usage behaviour and evaluate the associated data in order to adapt our apps accordingly. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Please refer to Googles privacy policy for more information.
